I loved how the beach was just a few steps away from my room, and the main buffet restaurant had a lovely terrace where I enjoyed each meal with a gorgeous view, making my stay truly special. the hotel has beautiful décor and offers easy access to great local spots like the Cretaquarium and the bustling waterfront of Kokkini Chani, perfect for an evening stroll.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful during my stay. The beach was beautiful, with plenty of sun loungers available. I thoroughly enjoyed the diverse dining options, especially the beach cafe. Our room was clean and featured a private pool....  

The freshly cooked food was a delight.

My stay was overshadowed by poor service experiences. The reception was loud and chaotic upon arrival, lacking any welcoming atmosphere. I felt very uncomfortable when staff shouted at me in a restaurant for simply sitting at an unprepared table, which ruined my dining experience.

Enjoyed evenings filled with laughter at the beachfront bar. The staff’s attentiveness made every moment more special, and the variety of dining options kept meals exciting!

However, securing restaurant reservations was a hassle and often led to uncertainty. A few times, I found myself frustrated trying to coordinate dinner plans.

my recent stay exceeded my expectations from my previous visit to kokkini hani. the beach and pools all had plenty of beds, and the food was diverse with tasty options available. the cocktails were on point and the staff's warm...  

the service by the beach staff could be quicker (it sometimes took a while). but the food options were fantastic, especially the BBQ corner and waffle station! we enjoyed our room views of the sea every day. housekeeping was top-notch, the mini bar always restocked!

Had several inconveniences with the dining reservations—many of the restaurants were fully booked upon arrival, cutting into my ability to explore all dining options. The buffet dealt more cafeteria-style food than anything gourmet, leaving me wanting better quality. Also experienced noise issues during check-in due to proximity to the DJ stand, which made it tough to hear any welcome instructions. Finally, the overall cleanliness of the beach could use a bit more attention to ensure a more pleasant environment.
